HubSwirl's contact each other within three business days after the listing ends. This
does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that an emergency, illness, or computer problem may keep the seller
from contacting you immediately. If the seller doesn't respond to email
messages, you can request the seller's phone number.
If you are unable to contact the seller via email or telephone after a
reasonable amount of time, you are no longer responsible for purchasing the
item. At this point, you might consider leaving feedback to alert other buyers
about your experience with the seller.
